Credit Assistant - Office Clerk
Credit Assistant - Office Clerk Job Description

From our entry level Financial Counselor position, Credit Assistant, Title Clerk, Insurance Rep, Account Manager and others, we promote from within among our 24 departments. Responsibilities: The Credit assistant enters applications into Apptrack, pulling credit bureaus, and verifying applications for accuracy. Professional phone etiquette is required for verifying employment, other information collecting activities as required to successfully complete the application entry. Some over time may be required.
Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities: Answer questions from customers on their accounts, process insurance claims, lien releases and pay-off requests.
Document Control Clerk
Responsibilities: Responsible for ordering, tracking, and organizing physical loan files. Daily work includes ordering files from our vendor, delivering files to the
department that requested them, and filing documents in new loan files.
Direct Loan Processor
Responsibilities: Prepare loan contracts for overnight or electronic delivery that comply with 21st, Federal and State policies. Stack and audit loan packages for funding. Assist Loan Originators with missing credit/loan conditions. Finalize loan disbursements and set-up stage accounts.
Insurance Escrow Representative
Responsibilities: Data entry from mail, new loans report, working miscellaneous reports from various insurance processes, authorizing payment on insurance premium renewals, analyzing and researching accounts, working daily escrow payable queue and inbound and outbound phone calls related to escrow and flood tracking.
Loan Processing Auditor
Responsibilities: Audit loan files for documents and communicate to dealerships and internal departments the remaining items needed to get the loan complete. Sets up accounts in AS400.
Responsibilities: Responsible for perfecting liens on titles. Titling Clerks contact state and or county offices to verify status on titles/UCC to check status of titles being issued. Titling Clerks also contact dealers, floor plan source and customers regarding information for titling purposes.
